Bank where your worth is watered...





Good Morning!
If you self-identity as "Black" (as in African descent, and aren't we all? ) or African American and live in the U.S., I humbly request that you consider...In the same way we support our HBCUs, we should support our African American Banks and Credit unions throughout the country. They are high quality by virtue of the fact they survived (while other banks were getting bail-outs)

Perhaps an initial inconvenience, but find them and bank with them...if we are truly "Black and Proud". They offer competitive rates and have privy to investment options same as mainstream banks! https://blackownedbanks.us/

Also, it's no longer enough that we #BuyBlack.

Until we begin to significantly "BankBlack", a majority of OUR $1.8 Trillion (2024) will continue, within hours of our deposit, to bankroll the economic base and grow the wealth of certain people (don't get it twisted, not all) that are proponents of #Project2025, and opponents of our full preparedness empowerment.

Certain people WANT to turn back the clock, and are happy to see us deposit our dollars with them, without a 2nd thought!

Example: An African American basket ball player gets a million dollar paycheck. An African American CEO or CFO gets a million dollar bonus. Where do they both go and deposit their money, within hours, online, within minutes! We, the people, do the same. Ever since end of Reconstruction in 1877, our dollars have built every other cultural infrastructure, but ours!

Where are our community centers, to get OUR kids off the streets. Where is our imagery industry, where we control and create narrative of our best and truthful selves? Where are our places and spaces where children and families can come to nourish and flourish, as other cultures do. And we wonder why we have a problem getting respect in the world. I digress.

Imagine, if we opened accounts, en masse, with our kinship banks. It would flip the script, and give #Project2025 and #Prediction2053 a swift kick to the curb, in one decade or less. That's the power of collective cultural economics, and compounding. Watch the racialized economic and physical bullying begin to decline. It's time to Out-prepare Bullies: financially, strategically, tactically, spiritually. Our collective dollar is POWER.

When We, the People, thrive, America will thrive, again.
BTW, I was in Mechanics and Farmers last week, there were 3 customers. Including myself the other two were Caucasian brothers. Doesn't that tell you something? 🙂

Truth be told, many of us have traditionally perceived the Senior/Elderly demographic as being less productive, and less able-bodied after entering “elderly” status.   Yet * recent studies show  that , Seniors overall, are among the most lively , continually productive, and “preparedness-strong” adults among us! Baby Boomers have actually benefited from better health habits in their formative years: Less processed food, more outdoor activity exposure, more 1 on 1 social interaction. These formative years exposures have provided long-term benefits as we proceed into the 55+ category. March   is Women of Preparedness Month at PerennialNC!    We celebrate the unique strengths of icons, past & present who emulate Christian faith, preparedness, resilience, and grace, amidst an at-risk world. They were & are preparedness-driven, against the odds,  to make life better for others.
